We specialize in personalized, made-to-order magnets. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted names, dates, photos, text, and other personalization details are accurate before completing their purchase.

Due to variations in monitor and device settings, actual product colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full before production begins. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product availability. If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

4. Production & Shipping

Production times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume and holidays.

Shipping estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. The Memory Press is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be resent due to an incorrect address.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because every product is custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for personalized items unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will review your claim and, if appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, product designs, graphics, logos, photographs, and text are the property of The Memory Press and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Memory Press shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
