Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after your order is placed. During holidays or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, shipping method, and destination.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location. Estimated delivery dates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

The Memory Press is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. We are unable to guarantee delivery to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

If your order arrives damaged, please include photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Personalized Orders

Because our products are custom-made, orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has begun.
