Because all of our items are personalized and made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or there is an error on our part.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item, and we will gladly replace it if appropriate.

Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer, including spelling, dates, or uploaded images.
